sometimes i listen to delerium's music and wonder why he isn't verified for putting music in gd

Delerium responds:

same

I feel like this would be better categorized as bass house, not dubstep, but that's just my opinion. I like this a lot, very good job!

D00FY responds:

I agree makes a lot more sense as bass house. Thanks for the kind words man, really appreciate it!

I would honestly rate higher if you had a better description now that you're on featured audio... it's good as an 8-bit remix though.

I do wish you had remixed the normal version instead of the GD cut because putting "GD" or "Geometry Dash" in the name tends to give people way more views than they deserve and people get butthurt easily.

vidu3k333 responds:

It's on feature now? Really didn't expected that. I will update the description right away.
Also if you think I can remix the full length song with this style, I can try to remix it and update it here.

Not sure why this is in featured audio. It doesn't have a consistent melody that I can hear or any real movement or FX whatsoever...

because of the 5000+ views
you could have written a better review yo
who said music HAS to have a melody?
music has no rules, only freedom

the synth is sytrus and its nucleons ''formant'' patch, i however changed the hell out of it and EQed it and added an arpegiaton
its a glitched arpeggio of a formant synth, the notes are going in major to minor scale and a plugin called 'gross beat' is manipulating the input of the notes to, well..... go all over the place, but it does have a melody if you really listen to it

Is there any bass whatsoever...?

PancakePocket responds:

There is actually, you are just probably using shitty headphones. Sorry you did not like it

Ooh, nice! I would really suggest using some louder drum samples though. It would also be a great idea to sidechain the drum samples when you get them (load up Fruity Limiter, set it to sidechain off kick and snare, turn the threshold down). Additionally, a consistent and loud melody would be wonderful in this case :)

gdWoowoo responds:

Thanks for the feedback :)
I will keep what you said in mind.

The beginning of an adventure. I almost wish it had a specific drop though; at times it doesn't feel like it's "going" anywhere in terms of organization of buildups. Might be my own personal opinion though.

Making a new GD level to this? :P

Lemons responds:

That was kind of the idea for this one, with no real drop or proper buildup sory of like alot of video game music, good luck building :)

If you're going to make a long song, it needs to be nice to listen to for the entirety of the song...

TheFantasticZ responds:

This was a time when I was experimenting, I used to think it sounded cool, my newest songs are a lot better than when I was experimenting with this program.

second drop needs more fire >:( two stars only !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they brought friends it seems ?!!?!?!?!

BraydenGD responds:

actually no! it was all my voice. I made this in Audacity with separate audio tabs so I could do some of the beatboxing in the song.
Much love,
BraydenGD

For some reason this is reminding me of the Frank JavCee future bass "tutorial" xD
